According to the report, Chris Voigt saw some added benefits to his crazy diet. "And while Voigt is not recommending his diet to others as a "healthy sustainable" weight-loss plan, it did help him lower his blood sugar, cut his total cholesterol by over a third, and reduce his weight from 197 to 176 pounds, he said.
I'm not a fan of crazy diets like this to lose weight. A healthy fat loss solution can be as easy as eating healthy and exercising 3 days a week. Avoid sodas, and foods high in sugars and Sugar Cravings-carbohydrates such as candy, bagels, chips, and cakes. Sugar cravings can be very powerful, and take take a toll on your body and mind as food addiction are very real.
Try to eliminate one sugary food a week, or cut your soda intake in half. If you have your regular soda in the morning and then go out to eat for lunch, just get a water. You'll be cutting your calorie and sugar intake without too much effort. You body will thank you.
